This course is designed for the beginner to learn what mindfulness is, how to begin practicing mindfulness, and how to make a daily practice so the awareness it brings can be a benefit to your life.
This is a beginner level course but anyone can benefit. It is pretty simple and there are step by step activities to follow for practice and also quizzes at the end of each lesson. Also the very last lesson gives an overview of what you learned. Also included are a few printable's as well and I have included some helpful free resources that you may enjoy. You may take as long as you wish to take the course as well.
- This course is for everybody, if you are new to mindfulness or if you have been practicing for sometime you will gain something from this course.
